Each week I read quite a few golf blogs and I pick out my favorite four posts and share them here on the Golf Blog Foursome. Check out these posts and let me know what you think below or on Twitter @Front9Back9.
The Declining State of Golf – The Sand Trap
Michael over at The Sand Trap made some great points in a post late last week in regards to his thoughts on the declining state of golf. This topic has been in the news quite a bit recently and I think will continue to stay a topic until some major changes are made across the entire golf landscape. I agree with quite a few of Michael’s points and am in the process of writing a post about them as well. Follow The Sand Trap on Twitter @The_Sand_Trap.
Ping i25 Testing Signup – The Hackers Paradise
The Hackers Paradise has one of the most active forum communities in the golf world. They have tons of equipment testing offers and have recently offers four members the chance to test the new Ping i25 irons. WOW! What a great testing chance! I just ordered my new set from Ping this past Saturday and am already getting anxious waiting for them. Check out the post and follow The Hackers Paradise on Twitter @HackersParadise.
Subconscious Golf – Golf Dash Blog
I am always on the lookout for a new golf book. Golf Dash Blog wrote a highly detailed review of “Subconscious Golf: Train and use your mind like the pros” by Ed Grant. After reading the review I bought the book and am waiting for it to be delivered. Check out the review on Golf Dash Blog and then if you want to play better golf maybe it’s something to look at. You can find Golf Dash on Twitter @GolfDash.
Winter Weather Drills – Andrew Rice Golf
I live in San Antonio, TX so I am lucky enough to have 300+ days of great golf weather each year. Unfortunately we have had an extremely cold winter and I have the cold. I know many other Northern states have had worse weather than me, but there should be no stopping trying to stay in good golf shape while there’s snow on the ground. Andrew Rice offers some good pictures and videos offering up some great winter weather golf drills. Check out Andrew’s post and follow him on Twitter @AndrewRiceGolf.
