The tournament organizers are probably waking up from a massive hangover this morning after partying all night now that the main attraction at the Frys.com Open has made the cut. After the first round spectacle, which Tiger Woods called his worst putting day ever, people started questioning his game again and Tiger Woods was on the verge of missing his second professional cut in a row, something he hasn't done since back in the mid 1990's. But all is good this morning at CordeValle Golf … [Read more...]

Well it's that time again, time to make my golf picks and predictions for this week. The WGC-Cadillac Championship is on the schedule which means the big dogs are teeing it up. Some guy by the name of Louis Oosthuizen is striping every drive down the middle and increasing his lead with every swing, now sitting at a comfortable 8-shots. Paul Casey is going backwards. Lee Westwood is not making a run and Martin Kaymer is just a couple under on his … [Read more...]
WGC Accenture Update
Sitting here watching The Golf Channel and Ian Poulter is currently 3 up on Paul Casey after 13 holes. Of course the final match goes 36 holes if necessary so Paul Casey doesn't need to press too much just yet. I was not even close to picking these two players in the final group so don't ask me to pick anything for you. I picked Geoff Ogilvy to win it again but he was ousted in the third round. Oh well... I can't get over how they can drop such a beautiful golf course right in the middle … [Read more...]
