Gary Woodland Picks Up First PGA Tour Win, And a Masters Invitation To Go Along With It
Gary Woodland won more than a PGA Tour tournament on Sunday. Along with the biggest payday of his career and a two year exemption on TOUR, he will be playing in The Masters in three weeks. Woodland won the Transitions Championship on Sunday with a 10-foot par putt on his 72nd hole, while Webb Simpson bogeyed the 18th right behind him to hand the victory over to Woodland.
