I spend most of my time on the golf course riding in a golf cart. Whether I’m driving the golf cart and keeping score for the group or riding shotgun while someone else drives, I always keep my own personal scorecard to track stats throughout the round. Things like number of putts, fairways hit and GIR’s are important to me so I can figure out my golf improvement opportunities.
I normally just keep the extra scorecard in my back pocket or in the cubby on my side of the golf cart and fill it out after each hole. Things have completely changed though since I recently received my new custom CarveOn leather scorecard holder with the Front9Back9 logo. I can’t begin to tell you how sweet this scorecard holder is. I will certainly look like I know what I’m doing now when I’m writing down my stats as I walk back to the cart.
I’ve been a Twitter follower of CarveOn for some time now and have seen their amazing looking products before. I was ecstatic when they reached out and asked if I’d be willing to do a golf review on one of their products.
As I began to do more research on the company, it’s quite obvious CarveOn is dedicated to providing high quality leather products to their customers. Based in Kildare, Ireland, the company was founded in 2011 by Alan and Gary McCormack. They keep all aspects of design in-house and finish each product by hand to ensure each and every detail is perfect. This attention to detail was apparent from the stitching in my scorecard holder all the way to the logo and my name engraving in the leather.
The standard of perfection is also apparent with the packaging of each of their products. My leather scorecard holder was delivered in a beautiful wood box with the CarveOn logo on front. Inside the box was a black insert with a logo “see-through” giving you a sneak peak of your product. As you lift up the black insert, your beautiful product is revealed and you quickly realize this is the real deal. There’s something to say about a company who cares this much about quality even with their packaging.
CarveOn products start with the finest quality vegetable tanned Italian leather. Besides the amazing leather scorecard holder I received, they also make leather yardage book covers and leather golf bag tags. All these products can be personalized with your company logo and name. If you’re looking for other leather products outside of the golf niche, CarveOn also makes leather cardholders, passport covers, leather billfolds, and numerous messenger bags and totes.
The leather scorecard holder with the Front9Back9 logo will cost you $74.95. While that may sound a little steep to you, believe me when I tell you it’s definitely worth the money. This scorecard holder will last me many, many years to come. CarveOn even offers a full section on their website to taking care of your leather products. We all know leather products of this quality can get pricey. But we also all know that leather of this quality is highly worth it and will continually look good for many years.
