Kickoff is still a little more than three hours away, and the final round coverage of the Waste Management Phoenix Open is just kicking off on CBS, so I thought I would use this time to break down Super Bowl XLVI and tell you who will win.
If you can’t tell from my picture, I am a big Tom Brady fan so it shouldn’t be any surprise that I pick the Patriots to win. For two weeks, all I have heard is how evenly matched this game can be and how big of a surprise it is for the Patriots to be the favorite. Well in my eyes, it’s not that big of a surprise.
When you give Bill Belichick two weeks to prepare, especially with the 2008 loss in Super Bowl XLII in the back of his mind, he will be more than ready for the New York Giants. On top of that, Tom Brady just looks pissed at the world right now so there will be nothing that gets in the way of him joining the ranks of QB’s with four Super Bowl wins, which includes the likes of Terry Bradshaw and Joe Montana.
